How does the LegUp Health Utah Marketplace Bonus Program work?
The LegUp Health Utah Marketplace Bonus Program provides a $25 bonus to eligible LegUp Health users’ who successfully connect a marketplace health insurance plan to their account.
Do I have to purchase health insurance to get the $25 bonus?
Nope! No purchase or payment is required. All you have to do is create a LegUp Health account and connect your existing Marketplace coverage.
Do I have to authorize LegUp Health as my agent to get the $25 bonus?
Nope! You are not required to make LegUp Heath your agent. All you have to do is create a LegUp Health account and connect your existing Marketplace coverage.
Am I eligible for the $25 bonus?
To be eligible for the bonus, you must reside in Utah, have existing Marketplace coverage, and not be a current LegUp Health client. You qualify for the bonus once LegUp Health successfully connects to your Marketplace coverage and all other eligibility criteria have been met.
When and how will I receive my $25 bonus?
We will send you a $25 Amazon gift card as soon as possible. Due to the need to validate coverage, it can take up to a month before rewards are sent out. If it's been a month and you've still not heard from us, please let us know.
